UTILITY TOOL
Reconstitution Calculator
The water you add sets the concentration, and the concentration sets how easy every later dose is to measure. Solve for either one.

Add water slowly down the side of the vial and swirl gently — never shake. Educational only; follow your provider's instructions.
How to reconstitute a peptide vial
Let the vial and bacteriostatic water reach room temperature. Wipe both stoppers with alcohol. Draw the water into a syringe, then inject it slowly down the inside wall of the peptide vial so it runs onto the powder rather than blasting it.
Swirl gently until the solution is clear — never shake, which can damage the peptide. Label the vial with the date and concentration, and refrigerate. Use it within the window your pharmacy specifies.
Choosing a water volume
More water means a lower concentration and a larger, easier-to-read draw for small doses; less water means fewer units per dose and more doses fit in a single syringe. For micro-dosed peptides, 2–3 mL usually gives comfortable numbers; for milligram-dosed compounds like NAD+ or MOTS-c, keep the volume low so a dose fits in one syringe.
