LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026. This policy describes how G1 Peptides ("we") collects, uses, and protects information on g1peptides.com.

What we collect

Account & order information — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and your order history, collected when you create an account or place an order.

Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor. Card numbers are tokenized by the processor; we store only the token, card brand, and last four digits — never your full card number.

Health information — if you book a consultation or receive prescription products, the clinical information you share is held by Cloud Clinic, the telehealth and patient-records platform our licensed providers use. It is used only for your care and as required by law.

Usage information — standard technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) used to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use it

To fulfill and support your orders, provide clinical services you request, communicate with you about your account and orders, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send marketing you can unsubscribe from at any time.

What we share

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to serve you — payment processing, shipping carriers, compounding pharmacies fulfilling your order, Cloud Clinic (which holds patient records), and your licensed clinical team — and where the law requires disclosure.

Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time, by contacting support@g1peptides.com. Deletion requests are honored except where retention is required by law (for example, pharmacy and medical records).

Security & retention

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
