NAD+ Dosage Calculator
NAD+ vials are far larger than peptide vials and are dosed in milligrams, so the volumes are bigger. Enter your vial, water, and prescribed dose to see the draw and how many doses the vial holds.

About NAD+ dosing
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme in every cell, central to energy metabolism and DNA repair. Injectable NAD+ is used in longevity and recovery protocols because oral forms are poorly absorbed.
The math is the same as any peptide, just scaled: 1,000 mg in 10 mL is 100 mg per mL, so a 100 mg dose is 1 mL — a full insulin syringe. Larger doses are usually split across injections or given by a provider.
NAD+ injections can cause transient flushing or nausea, which is why providers titrate. Dose and route are set by your G1 provider; this page only converts the dose to a volume.
How much water do I add to a 1,000 mg NAD+ vial?
Follow your pharmacy's instructions — 10 mL is a common volume for a 1,000 mg vial, giving 100 mg per mL. Use the "I want a concentration" mode of the reconstitution calculator if your provider specified a concentration instead.
Why is my NAD+ draw more than one syringe?
Doses of 100 mg or more at 100 mg/mL exceed a 1 mL insulin syringe. Providers typically split larger doses into two injections or use a larger syringe. The calculator flags any draw over 100 units.
Can I take NAD+ orally instead?
Oral NAD+ and its precursors (NMN, NR) exist, but their absorption differs and they are not interchangeable with injectable dosing. Talk to your provider before switching forms.
