About Selank dosing

Selank is a synthetic analog of the immune peptide tuftsin, developed in Russia and studied for anxiolytic and nootropic effects without sedation. It is the calming half of G1's Zen X pen, paired with Semax.

From a 10 mg vial in 2 mL (5,000 mcg/mL), a 250 mcg dose is 0.05 mL — 5 units — and the vial holds 40 doses.

Your G1 provider sets the dose, route, and schedule. Intranasal Selank uses a different concentration and is not covered by this calculator.

Can Selank be taken intranasally?

Yes — nasal spray is the original and most common route, with doses in the 250–750 mcg range. This page covers the subcutaneous vial only; nasal solutions are prepared and dosed differently.

What is the common Selank dosing protocol?

Injectable protocols commonly discussed use 250–500 mcg once or twice daily, often in two-to-three-week courses. Your provider decides what applies to you.

How does Selank differ from Semax?

Both are Russian-developed neuropeptides, but Selank leans anxiolytic (calming, tuftsin-derived) while Semax leans stimulating and nootropic (ACTH-derived). The Zen X pen pairs them for balance.
