About Semax + Selank dosing

Semax and Selank are complementary neuropeptides — one stimulating and nootropic, the other calming — and pairing them is the idea behind G1's Zen X pen (5 mg + 5 mg).

With 10 mg of total peptide in 2 mL (5,000 mcg/mL), a 600 mcg total dose is 0.12 mL — 12 units — delivering 300 mcg of each, and the vial holds 16 doses.

The Zen X pen dials the dose directly. For vials, your G1 provider sets the total dose and schedule.

How do I dose a blended Semax / Selank vial?

Treat the vial as one peptide: enter the total milligrams on the label, the water added, and the total dose prescribed. For a 1:1 blend each peptide is half the total.

What ratio is typical in a Semax / Selank blend?

1:1 is standard, including G1's Zen X. Some compounders offer Semax-heavy ratios for a more stimulating profile; check your label before entering numbers.

When is the blend usually taken?

Morning or early afternoon, since Semax can be mildly stimulating. Your provider will set the timing that suits your goals.
