About Semax dosing

Semax is a synthetic fragment of ACTH (4–10) with an added proline-glycine-proline tail, developed in Russia and studied for cognitive performance, attention, and neuroprotection through BDNF signalling. It is the focus half of G1's Zen X and Mega Mind pens.

From a 10 mg vial in 2 mL (5,000 mcg/mL), a 300 mcg dose is 0.06 mL — 6 units — and the vial holds 33 doses. G1's 30 mg vial triples that.

Your G1 provider sets the dose and schedule. Intranasal Semax uses different concentrations and is outside this calculator.

What is the typical Semax dosing range?

Injectable protocols commonly discussed use 200–600 mcg once or twice daily, usually earlier in the day because of its mildly stimulating character. Your provider sets your dose.

How does Semax differ from Selank?

Semax is ACTH-derived and stimulating; Selank is tuftsin-derived and calming. They are often paired — as in the Zen X pen — so the two profiles balance.

How long does a 30 mg vial of Semax last?

One hundred doses at 300 mcg — over three months of daily use. A 10 mg vial gives 33. The result card shows the exact count for your numbers.
