About CJC-1295 dosing
CJC-1295 is a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone (GHRH) analog. The "no DAC" form (also called Mod GRF 1-29) has a short half-life and is usually paired with a GHRP such as ipamorelin so the two act on different receptors in the same pulse.
Because the compound is dosed in micrograms from a milligram vial, the reconstitution step decides everything: 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2,500 mcg per mL, so a 200 mcg dose is 0.08 mL — 8 units on an insulin syringe.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, swirl rather than shake, and keep the vial refrigerated. Your G1 provider sets the dose and schedule; use this page to translate that dose into a syringe draw.
How do I calculate a CJC-1295 dose?
Divide the total micrograms in the vial by the millilitres of water you added to get the concentration, then divide your prescribed dose by that concentration to get the volume. Multiply by 100 for U-100 insulin-syringe units. The calculator above does this for you.
What is the difference between CJC-1295 with and without DAC?
The DAC (drug affinity complex) version binds to albumin and lasts about a week, so it is dosed less often in larger amounts. The no-DAC version clears in under an hour and is typically dosed daily, often alongside ipamorelin. G1 pens use the no-DAC form.
How long does a 5 mg vial of CJC-1295 last?
At 200 mcg per injection a 5 mg vial holds 25 doses. Once a day that is about three and a half weeks; five days a week it is five weeks. Change the dose or vial size above to see your own number.
