Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue — it triggers a GH pulse from the pituitary without the cortisol, prolactin, or appetite effects of earlier GHRPs. It is the GHRP half of the Apex blend and the only peptide in G1's Eros X pen.

With 5 mg in 2 mL (2,500 mcg/mL), a 200 mcg dose is 0.08 mL — 8 units — and the vial holds 25 doses. Reconstituting in 3 mL makes the same dose 12 units, which is easier to read.

Protocols commonly discussed use 100–300 mcg per injection, most often once at bedtime, sometimes also on waking or after training. Your provider decides the schedule.

Twenty-five days at 200 mcg once daily; about eight days at 200 mcg three times daily. Doses per vial appears in the result card once you enter your numbers.

Fats and carbohydrates blunt GH release, so most protocols separate the injection from meals by 30–60 minutes. Bedtime dosing usually takes care of this naturally.
