About BPC-157 dosing

BPC-157 ("Body Protection Compound") is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protein found in gastric juice. It is one of the most-studied peptides in tissue-repair research — tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut models — and the most common starting point for people new to peptide therapy.

The math is straightforward: 5 mg in 2 mL is 2,500 mcg per mL, so 250 mcg is 0.1 mL — 10 units on an insulin syringe — and the vial holds 20 doses. Splitting into two daily injections doubles the draw count and halves the days.

Your G1 provider sets the dose, frequency, and duration. This calculator translates that prescription into a syringe measurement; it is not a dosing recommendation.

How do I calculate a BPC-157 dose?

Concentration = vial mg × 1,000 ÷ water mL. Volume = dose mcg ÷ concentration. Units = volume × 100. For 5 mg in 2 mL and a 250 mcg dose: 2,500 mcg/mL, 0.1 mL, 10 units. The calculator above does it live.

How long does a 5 mg vial of BPC-157 last?

At 250 mcg once daily, 20 days. At 500 mcg daily, 10 days. Twice-daily protocols halve those numbers. The result card shows doses per vial for whatever dose you enter.

Does injection site matter for BPC-157?

Most protocols use subcutaneous injection in the abdomen for convenience; some providers prefer injecting near the injured area. Both reach systemic circulation. Follow the site your provider recommends.
