About BPC-157 + TB-500 dosing

BPC-157 and TB-500 are the two most-used recovery peptides, and they are often combined because they are studied for complementary mechanisms — BPC-157 in local tissue signalling and blood-vessel growth, TB-500 in cell migration. G1's Wolverine pen is this pairing (10 mg + 10 mg).

With a blend, the label gives the total peptide, e.g. "10 mg" for 5 mg of each. Reconstituted in 2 mL, that is 5,000 mcg/mL, so a 1,000 mcg dose is 0.2 mL — 20 units — delivering 500 mcg of each compound.

Your G1 provider sets the total dose and schedule. If you are using the Wolverine pen, the dose is dialled on the pen and no syringe math is needed.

How do I dose a blended BPC-157 / TB-500 vial?

Treat the vial as one peptide: enter the total milligrams on the label, the water added, and the total dose prescribed. For a 1:1 blend, each peptide is half of that total.

Should the blend be injected near the injury?

Some providers prefer injecting subcutaneously near the affected area; others use the abdomen for consistency. Both reach systemic circulation. Follow your provider's instruction.

Is the blend available as a pen?

Yes — the Wolverine pen (BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg) and Wolverine-S (with sermorelin) are prefilled click-dose pens, so no reconstitution or syringe is needed.
