About KLOW dosing
KLOW adds KPV — an alpha-MSH fragment studied for anti-inflammatory signalling in gut and skin — to the GLOW blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. G1's formulation is 50 / 10 / 10 / 10 mg (80 mg total).
An 80 mg vial in 2 mL is 40,000 mcg/mL, so a 2 mg total dose is 0.05 mL — 5 units — and the vial holds 40 doses. Small draws like this are easier to read with 3 mL of water.
KLOW is also a prefilled click-dose pen. For vials, your G1 provider sets the dose and schedule.
How is KLOW typically dosed?
By total milligrams of the blend, commonly discussed in the 1–4 mg range daily or several times a week. Enter the total your provider prescribed; the ratio is fixed inside the vial.
When would a provider choose KLOW over GLOW?
When the inflammatory component matters — gut or skin inflammation alongside recovery and skin goals. KPV is the only difference between the two blends.
How should reconstituted KLOW be stored?
Refrigerated, away from light, used within the pharmacy's beyond-use window. A blue tint from the copper peptide is normal.
