TB-500 Dosage Calculator
TB-500 doses are larger than most peptides — often 2–2.5 mg — so vial size and water volume decide whether a dose fits in one syringe. Enter your numbers to see the draw.

About TB-500 dosing
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein involved in cell migration and wound healing. It is studied for soft-tissue recovery and is frequently paired with BPC-157 — G1's Wolverine pen combines the two.
Because doses are milligram-scale, a 10 mg vial in 2 mL (5,000 mcg/mL) makes a 2.5 mg dose 0.5 mL — 50 units. The same dose from a 5 mg vial in 2 mL is a full 100-unit syringe, which is why 10 mg vials are the usual choice.
Dose and schedule come from your G1 provider; this page converts that dose to a syringe draw.
What is a typical TB-500 dosing protocol?
A common structure is a loading phase of 2–2.5 mg twice a week for four to six weeks, followed by a maintenance dose once a week or less. Your provider will set the specifics.
How do I reconstitute TB-500?
Add 1–3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the vial wall and swirl until clear. For 2.5 mg doses, 2 mL in a 10 mg vial keeps each dose at 50 units — half a syringe.
How long does a 10 mg vial of TB-500 last?
Four doses at 2.5 mg — two weeks of a twice-weekly loading phase — or ten doses at 1 mg. Enter your own dose above for the exact count.
