About GLOW dosing
GLOW combines GHK-Cu (skin, collagen signalling), BPC-157, and TB-500 (tissue repair) in a single vial, with GHK-Cu making up most of the mass — G1's formulation is 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, and 10 mg TB-500 (70 mg total).
Because the copper peptide dominates the weight, doses are milligram-scale: a 70 mg vial in 2 mL is 35,000 mcg/mL, so a 2 mg total dose is 0.057 mL — about 6 units — and the vial holds 35 doses.
GLOW is also available as a prefilled click-dose pen. For vials, your G1 provider sets the total dose and schedule.
How is GLOW typically dosed?
By total milligrams of the blend, commonly discussed in the 1–3.5 mg range daily or several times a week. The ratio inside the vial is fixed, so the per-peptide amounts scale together.
What is the difference between GLOW and KLOW?
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, a tripeptide studied for anti-inflammatory signalling. Both are sold as vials and prefilled pens at G1.
How should reconstituted GLOW be stored?
Refrigerated and protected from light. GHK-Cu gives the solution a blue tint — that is normal. Use within the beyond-use window your pharmacy specifies.
