About Sermorelin dosing
Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid fragment of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. Rather than supplying growth hormone directly, it signals the pituitary to release its own, which is why it is usually taken at night when natural GH pulses are largest.
A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water is 5,000 mcg per mL; a 300 mcg dose is 0.06 mL, or 6 units. Larger water volumes make small doses easier to measure accurately.
Store the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator and use it within the window your pharmacy specifies. Dose and schedule come from your G1 provider — this tool only converts that dose into a syringe measurement.
How many units is 300 mcg of sermorelin?

Growth hormone is released in pulses, and the largest pulse happens during early deep sleep. Taking sermorelin before bed lines the stimulus up with that natural rhythm. Your provider may schedule it differently based on your goals.
